What is House of Noa's warranty policy?

Damaged or defective products are covered under our 365 day limited warranty. If you believe you have received damaged or defective merchandise, please immediately discontinue use of the product and submit a warranty claim here.

This warranty is only valid when products are used for their intended purpose. Damages or defects resulting from the following circumstances are not covered under the warranty-

•Accidents such as staining, soiling, puncturing or cutting
•Damage caused by heavy furniture or equipment
•Damage caused by pets
•Damage caused by improper cleaning methods/materials

What is House of Noa's return policy?

If you are unhappy with your purchase, we accept returns of unopened and unused products for a full refund (minus a $25 return shipping fee per box shipped) within 30 days of purchase. Read more about our Returns & Exchange Policy here.

All sale items are final sale and are not eligible for a return or exchange.

Does House of Noa offer any discounts or sales?

Can I purchase single tiles?

We do not offer single tiles available for purchase. Our Play Mats are sold in packs of 6 or 8 tiles, so depending on the size you are creating or replacing, you may have tiles left over.  

If you believe you have received defective merchandise, immediately discontinue use of the product and contact our Customer Care team at hello@thehouseofnoa.com for further assistance.

Why did I only receive part of my order?

If you placed an order with multiple items they may ship in separate boxes. You will receive shipping information as each item ships.
