Our Return & Exchange Policy - As of 11/10/22

We’re here to uncomplicate your life, so we believe in friendly returns. If you’re not happy with your item we offer full refunds on unopened and unused items (minus a $30 return shipping/restocking fee per box shipped) within 30 days of purchase. Click here to start your return.

The Deets:

  • Reach out to us within 30 days of purchase
  • Products must be unused. Play Mats must be returned in their original product packaging.
  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost. Return fees are $30 per item for Nama Mats and Play Mats. The Comfy Kitchen Bundles ship separately in two boxes and will be charged two return fees if returned.
  • Anywhere Mat products can be returned at no cost
  • We do not accept partial returns on bundled products
  • Merchandise received damaged must be reported to our Customer Care team within 7 days of receiving the damaged item to be eligible for a replacement. If you received a damaged item please contact our customer care team to file a warranty claim here.
  • All sale items are final sale
  • Refunds are credited back to the original form of payment. If it was a gift, it can be exchanged for a House of Noa E-Gift Card.

365 Day Warranty

House of Noa is committed to quality. We are proud to provide a 365 day limited warranty on defective products. This warranty is only valid when products are used for their intended purpose. Damages or defects resulting from the following circumstances are not covered under the warranty-

  • Accidents such as staining, soiling, puncturing or cutting
  • Damage caused by heavy furniture or equipment
  • Damage caused by pets
  • Damage caused by improper cleaning methods/materials

If you believe you have received a defective product, please immediately discontinue use of the product and contact us to submit a warranty claim. Please send the following information to our Customer Care team at

  • Your original order number (If you received the item as a gift, please provide the name and/or email address of the gift giver)
  • A photo of the described issue
  • Confirmation of your shipping address
  • If filing a play mat warranty, please include the number of tiles affected

If your item arrives damaged, please contact our Customer Care team within 7 days of receiving the damaged item to be eligible for a replacement.
