In This Role, You Will:

● Answer incoming customer emails, calls and chats regarding product questions, warranty claims, returns and exchanges, and general customer concerns
● Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
● Process and log all warranty and return requests
● Work with the management team to stay updated on product knowledge and be informed of any changes in company policies
● Impact the company's bottom line by problem solving and turning frustrated clients into repeat customers

The Role:

As a Technical Designer specializing in print, you will be responsible for translating creative design concepts into technically accurate and production-ready artwork for print materials. You will work closely with the design team and various stakeholders to ensure that the final print deliverables meet quality standards, brand guidelines, and industry best practices. Your expertise in print production processes, software tools, and attention to detail will be essential in producing high-quality print materials.

In This Role, You Will:

● Collaborate with the design team to understand creative concepts and develop technical specifications for print projects.
● Create technically accurate and production-ready artwork files for various print materials, including brochures, flyers, packaging, banners, and other marketing collateral.
● Ensure that artwork files adhere to brand guidelines, print standards, and industry best practices for color, resolution, typography, and file formats.
● Conduct pre-press checks and optimize artwork files for print production, including color separation, trapping, and imposition.
● Work closely with print vendors and suppliers to obtain print specifications, review proofs, and address any technical issues that may arise during the production process.
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing, production, and procurement, to ensure timely delivery of print materials.
● Provide technical expertise and guidance to internal stakeholders regarding print-related queries, troubleshooting, and best practices.

What You Bring To The Table:

● Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in graphic design, visual communications, or a related field.
● Proven experience as a Technical Designer, Print or a similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing print design projects.
● Proficient in industry-standard design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), CorelDRAW, or similar tools.
● Solid understanding of print production processes, including color management, file formats, pre-press checks, and print specifications.
● Strong attention to detail, with the ability to review artwork files for accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines.
● Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
● Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines.

As the Director of Quality Assurance, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality, durability, and safety. You will develop and implement quality assurance processes and systems, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to deliver exceptional products to our customers.

In This Role, You Will:

● Develop and implement a comprehensive quality assurance strategy, policies, and procedures to ensure that all House of Noa products meet or exceed industry standards and customer expectations.
● Establish and enforce quality control standards and procedures throughout the product development and manufacturing processes.
● Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including design, production, and supply chain, to establish quality requirements and specifications for new and existing products.
● Conduct regular inspections and audits of production facilities, ensuring adherence to quality standards and identifying areas for improvement.
● Oversee the testing and evaluation of raw materials, components, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality specifications and regulatory requirements.

What You Bring To The Table:

● Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).
● Proven experience in a leadership role in quality assurance, preferably in a consumer product manufacturing or design company, with a specific emphasis on baby products.
● Strong knowledge of quality assurance principles, methodologies, and best practices.
● In-depth understanding of product development and manufacturing processes, including experience with injection molding, textiles, and/or other relevant manufacturing methods.
● Familiarity with relevant quality standards and regulatory requirements, such as ISO 9001, ASTM, CPSIA, and other applicable regulations.
● Demonstrated experience in implementing and managing quality management systems and tools, such as Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, or Total Quality Management.
● Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive root cause analyses and implement effective corrective and preventive actions.
● Strong leadership and project management abilities, with a track record of leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
