Damaged or defective products are covered under our 365 day limited warranty. If you believe you have received damaged or defective merchandise, please immediately discontinue use of the product and submit a warranty claim here.
This warranty is only valid when products are used for their intended purpose. Damages or defects resulting from the following circumstances are not covered under the warranty-
•Accidents such as staining, soiling, puncturing or cutting
•Damage caused by heavy furniture or equipment
•Damage caused by pets
•Damage caused by improper cleaning methods/materials

We do not offer single tiles available for purchase. Our Play Mats are sold in packs of 6 or 8 tiles, so depending on the size you are creating or replacing, you may have tiles left over.

If you placed an order with multiple items they may ship in separate boxes. You will receive shipping information as each item ships.
When an item goes on sale, discounts are not applicable to past orders.
Shipping
All orders in the lower 48 states ship FedEx Home or Ground and are expected to arrive within 3-7 days. Given the increase in FedEx orders recently, your order may be delayed by a few additional days. Once your order ships we will send out an update with your tracking number so you can follow your order until it’s delivered. Pre-ordered products will ship on the expected ship date mentioned on the product page.
Your order may ship in multiple packages. You will receive shipping and tracking information as your order is fulfilled.
We do not offer expedited shipping at this time but are working on ways to do so in the future.
At this time we are only shipping to the US.
We offer free shipping on all orders $150+ to the lower 48 States! Orders under $150 are a flat rate of $18.95 to the lower 48 states. Orders to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico include additional shipping fees.
We cannot ship to PO Box or APO addresses.
Returns and Exchanges

Orders that arrive damaged must be reported within 7 days of delivery to be eligible for a replacement. If your item arrived damaged please contact our Customer Care team to file a warranty claim here.

Little Nomad Play Mat
Our play mats are made with premium quality, non-toxic EVA foam and printed top film layer.
Clean your Little Nomad Play Mat before first use. To clean your mat, use mild soap and water and allow it to dry completely. Wipe up any spills with a dry cloth. Do not clean with a power vacuum or corrosive or abrasive cleaners as these may damage the product.

Little Nomad Play Mats are suitable for All Ages - 0 Months+
WARNING: Never leave a child unattended. Always use with adult supervision. Before each use, inspect the product. Throw away at the first sign of damage or weakness.
In the event that the printed film separates from the foam, please immediately discontinue use of the product, discard the affected tiles, and submit a warranty claim here.
Most customers anchor the play mat against a wall or with a heavy toy basket. If you prefer to use the mat in the center of the room we do suggest a standard size (4x6, 6x8) non-slip rug pad.
Mats can be placed on low-pile carpet but we do not recommend using them on medium to high pile carpeting.
Our mats are durable enough for daily use and are considered pet friendly. But, if your pet can damage or scratch other objects in your home that are made of leather, rubber, vinyl, etc. they may be able to damage or scratch your mat as well.
Our mats are non-toxic and are considered safe for pets, however we recommend you contact your veterinarian if your pet ingests any portion of the mat or any object that is not considered edible.
Nama Standing Mat
The Nama Standing Mat is made of high density foam with printed top fabric.
To clean your Nama Standing Mat, use all-purpose cleaner or mild dish soap and water and make sure to dry completely. Do not clean with a power vacuum or corrosive or abrasive cleaners as these may damage the product.
If you find your mat moving on slick flooring, you can affix additional rug gripper stickers that are placed in each corner. These can be found online or at many local home-goods stores.
The Nama Standing Mat is not recommended for use in bathrooms or wet environments and should not be stepped on with wet feet as the surface of the mat may be slippery when your feet are wet.
Shoes with a flat bottom are best. Do not wear high-heeled shoes as the sharp heels can damage the surface.

Anywhere Mats are made of our Everly fabric, which is constructed of premium quality, non-toxic vegan faux leather fabric.
To clean your Anywhere Mat fabric, use all-purpose cleaner or mild dish soap and water and make sure to dry completely. Wipe up spills with a dry cloth. Do not use corrosive or abrasive cleaners as they will damage the mat.
